About & Contact
A UK technology company building matching software.
Motive Works Ltd develops configurable matching technology. We license our platforms to organisations and work with them as long-term technology partners.
01Our approach
How we work.
Technology first
We are a product company. Our focus is developing and supporting software, not consultancy.
Configurable by design
Our products adapt to each organisation's objectives rather than imposing one model.
Proven in use
Skill x Swap runs on our matching approach as a live global platform.
Long-term partnerships
We aim for lasting licensing relationships that grow with an organisation's programmes.
02Leadership
Founder-led, with a commercial perspective.
Motive Works was founded by a leader with more than 15 years of senior leadership experience in the UK energy sector, including executive-level roles, alongside experience in energy technology.
That background shapes how we build: an understanding of how organisations actually operate, the practical challenges of connecting people across them, and a focus on technology that is applied, configurable and supportable over the long term.
