Our Products
Match x Mate is our principal commercial offer: a platform organisations license and run as their own. Skill x Swap is our live global community, showing our matching approach in practice.
A separately branded, organisation-specific matching platform. Each organisation deploys its own environment with its own participants, objectives, matching criteria, skills or topic catalogue, programme structure, branding and communications. It supports mentoring, buddy systems, peer learning, skills exchange, knowledge sharing and other matching programmes. It is not a private version of Skill x Swap, and it is not limited to skills exchange.
Our established global skills-exchange community, with a shared skills catalogue. Individuals join to teach and learn. Organisations can also sponsor access to the community for their people.
